What it is

What it is not (yet)

  • Not production-ready for real PHI / legal data on 0.x
  • Real-PHI admission remains DENIED until seven sign-offs are finished
  • Not a certified hospital or SOC 2 product claim from this landing page
  • Hold-outs HO7 / RT-external stay untrained — trained ASR is not generalisation

Dual-track strategy

Enforce Authority-bearing reject on clinical/legal profiles. No soft-allow for regulated shells.
Shadow Records would-block without reject. Enterprise/lab only — never clinical soft-allow.
STRATAM path Mechanisms only after MLSB qualification + VOROR gates + signed adoption.

Immune layer

  • Optional adaptive immune evaluator on store/recall paths
  • Local-model preference in strict profiles; cloud LLM off by default for clinical
  • Fail-closed posture for clinical/legal when immune is required
  • Lab api.voror.dev runs dev profile with immune off — not clinical

Claims & evidence
